Poliedra provides technical assistance to Regione Lombardia within the CESBA Alps project. The objective of the project is to identify common criteria and indicators for defining the environmental, economic and social development of mountain alpine regions.
Poliedra will contribute to the definition of a set of local and supra-municipal indicators, significant for Lombardy, starting from databases and from indicators used in the regional policies and in local brands. The KPI (Key Performance Indicators), a small set of significant indicators, common to all participating regions, will be selected. Territories will be characterized by a “Passport”, which will describe them starting from the evaluation of the set of indicators. A software will allow to compare and represent the performance of the different territories. The project will also define the rules and modalities to implement its results in the policies of the participating regions.
